Carter Jr. owner and operator of Big T's. Nestled back from the street, Big T's is one of Sanford's best-kept secrets of good food. We serve biscuits and sandwiches for breakfast featuring center-cut country ham, sausage, and bacon. Add an egg if you want, they are cooked on the grill as you order. For lunch Big T's has two sizes of hamburgers the regular quarter pound burger and then the Big T burger cooked with a special seasoning for those wanting a bigger burger. Go "all the way" with ketchup, mustard, slaw, onion, and chili. Big T's chili tops the burgers and hot dogs and is homemade based on a family recipe.
