Building Improvements Grant Application

Building Improvement Grants assist business and property owners by helping to fund awnings and exterior improvements to properties, encouraging historic preservation, meeting ecological standards and building codes, and promoting projects that enhance the planned development of historic downtown Sanford. Owners and tenants of any commercial building located within the special tax district are eligible to apply, with the building owner's written permission.
