Fresh Choice Café Fresh Choice Café opened December 21, 1998. It's owner, Amanda Meyers, wanted a place where folks could get "healthy foods" fast. Made from scratch soups, fresh produce, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. In other words, real food, not processed or fried. Her goal is to make it easier for people to eat healthier.
