We are Downtown Sanford – well centered, progressive but rooted in our history. We show homage to our heritage through public art and the revitalization of our buildings creating an innovative and diverse business environment to live and work. Incorporating the past with the future drives our economic development with a forward thinking focus as we forge into the 21st century.
